The design goal for Moon Box was to create a long-lasting package that reflected the symbols and shapes presented in mid-autumn celebration cultural art.
Thus, the crescent shape and red and gold colour palette were influenced by the mid-autumn festival moon as it signifies union and harmony among friends and family, designing a moon-crescent box that transforms into a circle, once open, with mini delectables and a mythical tale inside that, holds a purpose of immersing the audience with a one-of-a-kind and enjoyable experience of the culture of mid-autumn celebration.
